In these circumstances, issue bailable warrants

for a sum of Rs. 5,000/-, to be returnable for next date of hearing.
Ld. Proxy counsel for DH submits that DH has
already moved an application seeking arrest of JD.
Issue show cause notice to the JD on filing of
PF/RC/Copies to appear in person and furnish his explanation in
writing as to why he should not be confined to civil
imprisonment on or before the next date of hearing, failing which
it shall be presumed that JD has nothing to say and the matter
shall be proceeded further as per the law.
Steps be taken within
one week from today.
Put up for explanation on behalf of JD/ further
proceedings on 06.06.2025.
