Submit a correction request
Provide enough information for us to identify the record and understand the requested change. Official-source or other reliable evidence links are especially helpful.
What you can report
- incorrect case or CNR information;
- a lawyer associated with the wrong case or profile;
- incorrect spelling or identity information;
- duplicate lawyer, Court or Police Station records;
- incorrect physical-location information;
- outdated TrustJury profile information;
- review or reputation information that requires platform review;
- privacy or sensitive-information concerns.
What happens after you submit
TrustJury may review the information you provide against the relevant public record, profile information, verification information or other reliable source material.
Depending on the issue, we may correct TrustJury-generated information, update normalized data, request additional evidence, annotate a dispute, or determine that the displayed information reflects the available public source.
A correction request does not automatically result in deletion or modification of a public-record association.
Public source vs TrustJury display
If the underlying public source is correct but TrustJury has linked or displayed it incorrectly, we can review the TrustJury implementation.
If TrustJury accurately reflects an official public source but you believe the official source itself is wrong, the appropriate authority may need to correct the source record first.

Privacy when submitting evidence
Please provide only information reasonably necessary for the correction request. Do not send passwords, financial credentials, unnecessary identity documents or other highly sensitive information unless TrustJury specifically requests it through an appropriate process.
Information submitted with a correction request may be retained as reasonably necessary to investigate the issue, document the decision, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
