Information from public legal records

TrustJury may organize publicly available court-record information such as case identifiers, parties, lawyers, Courts, Police Station references, Acts, case status, hearing information, orders and related legal-record attributes.

Information you provide directly

This may include your name, email address, phone number, profile details, office information, verification material, correction requests, claim requests, case-association requests, review content, support messages and other information you choose to submit.

Technical and usage information

We may collect browser, device, IP address, page-view, referral, interaction, error, security and similar technical information needed to operate, protect and improve the platform.

Communications

If you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or a support form, we may retain the content of the communication and related contact details as reasonably necessary to respond and maintain support records.

We may use information to:

• provide and operate TrustJury search and legal-information features;
• organize and connect public court-record information;
• create, maintain and display lawyer, Court and Police Station records;
• process profile claims, verification and case-association requests;
• publish, moderate and administer reviews where applicable;
• review correction or disputed-information requests;

• detect fraud, abuse, manipulation and security threats;
• measure platform performance and improve user experience;

Information obtained from public court records may be displayed publicly on TrustJury because the platform is designed to organize and make public legal information easier to explore.

A request concerning public-record information may require us to consider the underlying source, accuracy, public-interest context, applicable law and whether correction, annotation, restriction or another response is appropriate.

A lawyer may provide profile or office information, request ownership of a profile, complete a verification process or ask to confirm a case association.

Some profile information may be public once submitted, approved or verified. Verification evidence that is collected only to establish identity or eligibility should not be displayed publicly unless the feature expressly states otherwise.

Where TrustJury permits reviews, information submitted as part of a review may be processed to publish, moderate, investigate, dispute or administer the review.

We may retain internal moderation, dispute and evidence records even when the public display of a review changes, where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance or platform integrity.

TrustJury may use essential cookies or similar technologies for security, session handling, preferences and platform operation. We may also use analytics or measurement technologies where permitted by law and configured on the site.

• service providers that host, secure, analyze or support TrustJury;

TrustJury may also link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Because TrustJury is operated through Lawzapo entities in India and the United States and may use service providers in multiple countries, information may be processed outside the country where you are located.

Where required, we will use appropriate measures designed to protect personal information during international processing or transfer.
