Do I need a Verified TrustJury profile to respond to reviews?
No. Profile Verification is separate. The key requirements are that the profile is properly claimed, the review is eligible under TrustJury’s review rules, and the applicable Review Response Access feature is active.
Can I change or remove a client review?
No. The lawyer response is displayed separately and does not edit the original review or rating. Review removal or moderation, where applicable, should follow TrustJury’s review-policy process rather than profile-owner preference.
Can I respond to every review?
Not necessarily. TrustJury can restrict public responses to reviews that satisfy the applicable eligibility and verification rules.
Does paying for review tools improve my search ranking?
No. TrustJury’s paid review-response tools should not purchase a higher objective search position.
