TrustJury is legally operated through Lawzapo entities in India and the United States:

• Lawzapo Services Private Limited — Mumbai, India.
• Lawzapo Incorporated — Delaware, USA.

The Lawzapo entity applicable to a particular service, transaction or legal obligation may depend on the nature of the service, your location and applicable law.

By accessing or using TrustJury, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform. If you use TrustJury on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You may use TrustJury only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others, interfere with platform operation or misuse public-record information.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of TrustJury complies with laws applicable to you, including professional, privacy, data-use and court-record restrictions that may apply in your jurisdiction.

TrustJury organizes information that may be derived from publicly available court records and related public legal records. Such information may include case identifiers, parties, Courts, advocates, Acts, case status, hearing information, Police Station references, orders and other record attributes.

Public records can change, be corrected, be transferred, contain spelling or naming variations, appear with delays, or contain omissions or inaccuracies. TrustJury does not guarantee that every public-record field is complete, current or error-free.

Where appropriate, users should verify important information with the relevant Court, authority or official source before relying on it.

Lawyer and law-firm profiles may combine public court-record associations with separately sourced profile information, reviews, verification status and other TrustJury information.

A lawyer appearing in a public case record does not by itself mean that the lawyer specializes in that type of matter, has achieved a favourable result, maintains an office in the location of the Court, or is endorsed by the Court, Police Station or any government authority.

Court-derived location information is presented as case activity and should not be interpreted as an office-address claim unless an office location is separately identified and verified.

TrustJury may display verification indicators for lawyer profiles or other information. A verification indicator means only that the specific verification process described by TrustJury has been completed.

Verification is not an endorsement, guarantee of competence, success rate, character, professional standing, availability or suitability for a particular legal matter.

Reviews, ratings, correction requests, profile claims and other information submitted by users represent user-provided content and may not reflect the views of TrustJury.

You must not submit content that is knowingly false, misleading, defamatory, unlawful, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, manipulative, commercially deceptive or intended to impersonate another person.

TrustJury may review, restrict, remove, dispute-label or decline to publish user-submitted content where reasonably necessary to protect platform integrity, comply with law or enforce these Terms.

TrustJury does not sell higher positions in objective case, lawyer, Court or Police Station search results. Search ordering may use relevance, public-record activity, data completeness and other objective or disclosed platform signals.

Paid features, where offered, do not constitute a guarantee of higher objective search ranking.

TrustJury provides legal information and discovery tools. TrustJury does not provide legal advice, legal representation or a legal opinion, and use of TrustJury does not create a lawyer-client, fiduciary or advisory relationship with TrustJury or a Lawzapo operating entity.

You are responsible for deciding whether to seek advice from a qualified legal professional.

TrustJury may link to Lawzapo, a separate legal-services marketplace, for lawyer hiring, legal-service transactions, payment workflows or related services.

Payments are not processed as a TrustJury public-record feature. Lawzapo services, including any payment-protection offering, are subject to the terms, conditions and transaction rules applicable on Lawzapo.

TrustJury branding, site design, software, proprietary databases, original editorial content, ranking logic, interfaces and other platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of underlying public court records to TrustJury. Rights in public or third-party source material remain subject to the law and rights applicable to that material.

You must not:

• use TrustJury for unlawful harassment, threats or discrimination;
• misrepresent yourself or impersonate another person or professional;
• attempt to manipulate reviews, ratings, verification or search results;
• circumvent security, access controls or technical restrictions;
• introduce malicious code or interfere with platform availability;
• scrape, harvest or systematically extract data where prohibited by law or by technical restrictions;
• use data from TrustJury to create unlawful profiling, targeting or surveillance systems;
• submit content that you do not have the right to provide.

If you believe information on TrustJury is inaccurate, incomplete or associated with the wrong person or entity, you may use our dedicated correction process.

Submission of a correction request does not guarantee removal or alteration of public-record information. TrustJury may preserve, annotate, correct, update or decline a request depending on source evidence, applicable law and platform policy.

TrustJury may add, remove, modify, suspend or discontinue features, pages, data sources or services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all historical information will remain available indefinitely.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrustJury is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that information is complete, current, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose or identical to an official record at all times.

Lawyer listings, reviews, verification indicators, case associations and search placement do not constitute endorsement or recommendation by TrustJury, any Court, Police Station, bar authority or government body.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrustJury and its operating entities will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the platform, reliance on public-record information, third-party services or user-submitted content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

TrustJury may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, protection of users or enforcement of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Lawzapo entity responsible for the relevant TrustJury service, subject to mandatory consumer-protection and other non-waivable laws that apply to you.

Because TrustJury is operated through entities in India and the United States, the appropriate forum and applicable law may depend on the service involved, your location and applicable legal requirements.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to your subsequent use, subject to applicable law.
