Delhi vide notification no.86/G-4/Genl.-I/DHC dated
08.09.2026.
Present : Ld. Counsel for DH.
None for JD.
Warrant of arrest issued against the JD has been
received back unexecuted with the report that he was not found at
the given address. His son Gaurav Manocha and he stated that
the JD has gone to Punjab for his treatment.
Ld. Counsel for DH submits that the JD is
deliberately avoiding execution of warrant of arrest. He has
prayed that fresh warrant of arrest be issued against the JD.
Heard. Perused.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case
and past conduct of the JD, let fresh warrant of arrest be issued
against the JD to be executed through DCP concerned on filing of
PF and subsistence allowance for one week. Steps be taken
within three days from today.
At this stage, it is pointed by Ld. Counsel for DH

that the medical documents filed by the JD alongwith his
application for cancellation of warrant of arrest, three different
addresses are mentioned.
As such, warrant of arrest be isseud on the said
addresses as well.
