Counsel for the DH along-with son of DH.
Mr. Aditya Parashar, Proxy counsel appearing on
behalf of main counsel Mr. Jitendra Garg for Punjab
and Sindh Bank along-with Mr. Vikas Bhati, Branch
Manager.
Proxy counsel for Punjab and Sindh Bank stated that
he may be supplied with details of current bank accounts of the JD
in the said bank.
Accordingly, DH is directed to supply the details of
movable properties of the JD to counsel for Punjab and Sindh Bank.
Issue warrant of attachment of Current Account
bearing no. 91821010001357, Canara Bank, Gandhi Nagar Branch,
Delhi and of the movable properties of the Judgment Debtor as
mentioned in Schedule ‘A’ to the extent of the decreetal amount on
filing of PF etc.
Ld. Counsel for the Decree Holder is directed to file
the latest statement of outstanding amount.
DH to appear before Ld. ACJ-East, KKD Delhi on
28.10.2024. Put up for report on warrants on 29.11.2024. DH shall
file an affidavit along-with PF that there is no stay from the Higher
Court on the present execution proceedings.
Steps be taken within
15 days.
