File taken up today on an application seeking release of JD/
cancellation of warrant of arrest issued against JD.
Present : Mr. Mitthan Lal, Ld. counsel for JD.
JD produced in pursuant to warrant of arrest issued
on 19.12.2025.
The aforesaid application is filed on behalf of the JD
along-with copy of certain documents and vakalatnama. The
same are taken on record. JD is directed to supply copy of the
same to Ld. counsel for DH within one week from today.
At this stage, it is submitted by Ld. counsel for JD
as well as JD that he is ready and willing to make the payment of
decreetal amount, however, in installments.
In view of the submissions made, the warrant of
arrest issued against JD vide order dated 19.12.2025 is stayed till
the NDOH. Accordingly, JD who has been taken into custody in
pursuant of warrant of arrest is hereby released with directions to
appear in person on next date of hearing before this Court.
In view thereof, the aforesaid application is disposed
of as allowed.
Put up for further proceedings on date already fixed
i.e. 06.02.2026.
