JD produced from civil imprisonment.
During the course of arguments on the application
u/O XXI Rule 40 r/w Section 151 CPC, it is jointly submitted by
both the parties that there are chances of settlement in the present
case. Both parties request for referring the matter to Mediation
Centre.
At joint request of parties, let the matter be referred
to Mediation Centre for 09.03.2026 at 2:00 p.m.
Be put up on 17.04.2026 before this Court for
recording of settlement, if any/ further proceedings.
To show his bona fide, JD has also made a payment
of Rs.35,000/- in cash to son of DH today. JD has further
submitted that he is ready and willing to make the payment of
remaining decreetal amount, however, in installments.
In view of the submissions given by JD, the JD is
hereby released from the civil imprisonment.
Copy of this order be sent to the concerned Jail
Superintendent for compliance.
