Warrant of attachment in respect of Current Account
bearing no. 91821010001357, Canara Bank, Gandhi Nagar Branch,
Delhi of the Judgment Debtor served upon Canara Bank, Gandhi
Nagar Branch, Delhi.
Despite service, none has appeared on behalf of Canara
Bank, Gandhi Nagar Branch, Delhi neither any report has been filed
on behalf of Canara Bank, Gandhi Nagar, Delhi. Issue court notice to
the concerned officer, Canara Bank, Gandhi Nagar, Delhi to provide
explaination in this regard for the next date.
Ld. Counsel for the DH submits that DH along with
Bailiff visited the property of JD in compliance of warrant of
attachment of movable property on 06.11.2024 however, warrant of
attachment of movable property could not be executed as no valuable
movable property was available at the premises of JD.
Ld. Counsel for the DH seeks time to move appropriate
application for issuance of warrant of arrest against the JD.
Put up for filing of report on behalf of Canara Bank,
Gandhi Nagar, Delhi and for moving appropriate application no behalf
of the DH on 07.03.2025.
