IO submits that the CD filed alongwith the charge-
sheet is not working properly and as such copy of CD could not be
prepared. IO further submits that the original CD of alleged audio
video recording was deposited in Malkhana of PS Civil Line.
Accordingly, IO is directed to get prepared copy of the original CD
from FSL and supply the same to accused on the next date of hearing.
IO also seeks time to supply deficient copies of
documents at serial no. 35 to 38 of charge-sheet to accused.
List the case for supply of deficient documents/CD on
02.12.2024. Copy of this order be given dasti to the IO for necessary
compliance.
