IO has filed written request seeking further time to
pursue the matter with the FSL for providing mirror image, to be
supplied to the accused persons in compliance of Section 207
Cr.P.C.
IO submits that she was on leave from 03.11.2025 to
09.01.2025 due to some personal reason.
Considering the aforesaid submissions made by IO,
request is allowed. IO is, however, directed to pursue the matter
with the FSL Authority for providing mirror image and to get the
needful done in the form of issuance of priority letter through
concerned DCP, if so required, for the said purpose.
Put up on 30.01.2026 for supply of deficient
documents/mirror image in the form of CD to the accused persons.
Date is given as per convenience of Ld. Counsels for
accused persons.
