Bailable warrants issued against IO through
concerned DCP received back duly executed.
Ld. Counsel for accused Ashok Kumar has filed an
application u/s 209 Cr.P.C/262 BNSS for his discharge. Copy
supplied to Ld. PP for State.
On instructions, Ld. PP for State submits that he
does not wish to file any written reply to the aforesaid application
and he shall straightway advance arguments thereupon.
Accordingly, arguments on the point of charge heard
qua accused Jagminder Singh. However, part arguments on the
point of charge heard qua accused Ashok Kumar.
During the course of arguments, Ld. Counsel for
accused Ashok Kumar submits that the relevant CD containing
alleged audio-video recorded conversation qua said accused, as
relied upon by the prosecution, may be played.
In view of the above submissions made, issue notice
to concerned SHO, PS ACB, with direction to produce relevant
pullanda of CD containing alleged audio-video recorded

conversation qua accused Ashok Kumar, before the Court
through concerned MHC(M) on the next date of hearing.
On request of Ld. PP for State, IO namely W.Insp.
Lakshmi is bound down for next date of hearing, for his
assistance.
Put up on 23.07.2026 for further arguments on the
point of charge as well as on the aforesaid application for
discharge.
