W.Insp. Laxmi is present.
Heard. File perused.
Today, the matter is listed for arguments on the point
of charge. However, Ld. Defence Counsels state at Bar that files
available in CD as was supplied to them on the last date, could
not be opened.
Ld. Counsel for A-1 has produced the aforesaid CD
containing cloned copy of mirror image of the relevant
exhibit/CD and when it was sought to be played, same could not
be done even through the computer system installed in the Court
Room.
In view of above facts and circumstances and on
joint request made by both the sides, issue notice to Sh. Geetesh
Patel, Junior Forensic/Assistant Chemical Examiner (Physics) of
FSL, Rohini, Delhi, who had prepared the said mirror image, to
appear physically before the Court for his assistance in playing
the said CD. Apart from that, notice be also issued to MHC(M)
(CP) of PS ACB, with direction to produce the relevant pullanda
containing exhibit/CD before the Court on the next date.

IO is also directed to make necessary arrangement
for playing the said CD, if so required, on the next date.
Put up on 18.03.2026 for arguments on the point of
charge.
On request of Ld. Chief PP for State, IO namely
W.Insp. Laxmi is bound down for next date, for his assistance.
Date is given as per convenience of Ld. Counsels for
accused persons.
