An application u/s 209 Cr.P.C/262 BNSS for discharge of
accused Ashok Kumar, is pending disposal.
IO/W.Insp. Lakshmi is not present today despite being
bound down. However, she has sent her written request seeking
exemption from her personal appearance, stating therein that due to
stomach upset, she is not in a position to appear before the Court today.
For the reasons stated therein, she is personally exempted for today.
On request of Ld. PP for State, IO namely W.Insp.
Lakshmi be called through notice for his assistance for next date of
hearing, with direction to make necessary arrangement of laptop
containing relevant downloaded app as referred to in the proceedings
dated 18.03.2026, with the help of which, the files contained in said CD,
may be played on the next date.
MHC(M) with relevant case property be also called for the
said date.
Put up on 28.09.2026 for further arguments on the point of
charge as well as on the aforesaid application for discharge.
Date is given as per convenience of Ld. Counsels for
accused persons.
