An application u/s 207 Cr.P.C. dated 12.08.2024 filed on
behalf of accused Jagminder Singh for supply of deficient copy of
chargesheet, is pending disposal.
IO/W.Insp. Lakshmi Singh has filed written request stating
therein that on request, FSL Authority had provided cloned copies of
exhibit in sealed yellow parcel, duly sealed with the seal of “GP FSL
DELHI” and thus, seeks permission to open the said sealed parcel, so that
two cloned copies of relevant exhibit may be supplied to both the accused
persons.
Considering the submissions made by Ld. Chief PP for
State, and Ld. Counsels for the accused persons, in the light of above
mentioned facts, the written request of IO is hereby allowed. Accordingly,
the aforesaid yellow colour sealed envelope is opened in the presence of
both the sides and same is found containing two cloned copies, which are
stated to be mirror image of relevant exhibit/CD, besides one forwarding
letter found contained in another brown colour envelope sealed with seal
of “GP FSL DELHI”.
Accordingly, the aforesaid cloned copies of mirror image in
the form of CDs, have been supplied to the accused persons against proper
receipt. The above referred yellow colour envelope, brown colour
envelope and forwarding letter of FSL, Rohini, Delhi be kept on record.

In view of the fact that mirror image in the form of CD has
been received by accused Jagminder Singh, said accused and his counsel
submit that his application u/s 207 Cr.P.C. may be disposed off, as
satisfied. Considering the said submissions made, the aforesaid application
is hereby disposed off.
Put up on 26.02.2026 for arguments on the point of charge.
On request of Ld. Chief PP for State, IO namely W.Insp.
Laxmi is bound down for next date, for his assistance.
Date is given as per convenience of Ld. Counsels for accused
persons.
