behalf of IO/ Woman Inspector Lakshmi Singh.
Heard. File perused.
IO concerned has sent request on Whatsapp through
Naib Court, stating therein that she is on leave w.e.f. 08.12.2025
and thus, is unable to attend the Court today.
On instructions from SHO concerned, Ld. Chief PP
for State submits that mirror image has not yet been received from
FSL Authority. He, therefore, seeks further time to supply deficient
documents/ CD to the accused persons.
Record shows that sufficient time and opportunities
have already been granted for the said purpose, however, in the
interest of justice, request is allowed.
IO concerned is directed through SHO concerned to
expedite the receipt of mirror image from the FSL Authority and to
get priority letter also issued through DCP concerned, if not so
already got issued, in order to ensure that mirror image is received
positively by next date of hearing.

Put up on 12-01-2026 for supply of deficient
documents/CD to the accused persons.
The above said date is given as per convenience of
Ld. Counsels for accused persons.
