Ms. Parul Priya, Manager, PNB is present. She has
filed the Statement of account.
None is appearing for the Manager, Canara Bank,
Sansad Marg, New Delhi despite service of court notice.
Let a show notice be issued to the Manager, Canara
Bank, Sansad Marg, New Delhi as to why fine should not be
imposed against him under Order 16 Rule 12 CPC to be deducted
from his salary for non appearance in the matter and non
production of the necessary report/records despite service.
Perusal of the record shows that vide order dated
27.02.2024, the valuation report in respect of immovable
property was summoned from the concerned SDM. The said
report has not been received so far. Let the petitioner file PF and
necessary details of the concerned SDM so that the valuation
report of the property in question can be summoned.
