through Asstt. Nazir on 06.05.2025. No report is filed nor anyone
is present.

None is appearing for Manager, Canara Bank,
Sansad Marg despite service of the notice under Order 16 rule 12
CPC to show cause why the fine should not be imposed to be
deducted from his salary. It implies that he has nothing to say in
response to the above notice. Accordingly, a fine of Rs. 500/- is
imposed upon the Manager, Canara Bank, Sansad Marg to be

deducted from his salary. Let the warrant of attachment to the
extent of fine amount of Rs. 500/- be sent to the DDO/concerned
Accounts officer of the Canara Bank, Sansad Marg, New Delhi
for deducting the amount of Rs. 500/- from the salary of the
Manager, Canara Bank, Sansad Marg and to remit the same to
this court. Bailable warrants be also issued against him in the
sum of Rs. 5000/- with one surety of like amount to secure his
presence for producing the summoned record.
The notice under Order 16 Rule 12 CPC be issued to
the SDM, Sadar, Collectorate Office, Rajnagar Dist. Center
Ghaziabad that why the fine should not be imposed on him for
not producing the valuation report despite service of the notice
issued by this court. Dasti notice be given to the petitioner for
serving upon the concerned SDM.
