Order Details: COPY OF JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS Pdf Text: 5 PC 5/24 REKHA UPRETI Vs. STATE OF DELHI 29.01.2026 Present: Ms. Khusboo Singh and Sh. Varun Prabhakar, proxy counsels for the petitioner. Despite specific direction of this court to DM, Ghaziabad, the Valuation Report has not been received. Perusal of record reveals that despite repeated directions of this court to SDM Concerned to file Valuation Report, the same has not been complied with. This court on 08.09.2025 has further directed DM Ghaziabad to ensure compliance of order of this court failing which he shall deduct Rs. 100/- from salary of SDM Concerned, however, no reply has been received from the SDM Concerned. As such, considering the fact that the present matter is pending for filing of Valuation Report on the part of authorities concerned and that despite repeated directions of this court, no report is being filed by DM or SDM Concerned, let summons be issued upon DM Ghaziabad through Office of Chief Secretary UP to ensure that the orders of this court be complied. Let the copy of order so passed today as well copy of order dated 08.09.2025 be also annexed along with summons. PF be filed accordingly. Now to come up on 06.04.2026 for further proceedings.
