as requested.

The present suit be registered as commercial case. The
suit is for recovery of Rs. 19,39,526/- against supplies of knitted
fabric to the defendant.
The plaintiff operates within the territorial jurisdiction of
this court. The purchase order is stated to have been issued to the
jurisdiction of this court.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that part payment
have also been received at the Delhi at the bank located in Chandni
Chowk.
As regard limitation it is submitted that the supplies
were effected in the order 2022-23 and the last payment made by the
defendant in November 2022.
Non-Starter report dated 23.12.2023 is placed at page
78 of paper book.
On steps being taken within 6 weeks from today,
summons of the suit be issued to the defendant in the prescribed
format, through ordinary process, speed post, email and whatsapp,
returnable for 17.08.2024.
Dasti as well be issued, if requested.
