Reply is stated to be filed online by the plaintiff to the application
of the defendant under Section under Section 151 CPC read with Order
XVIII Rule 17 CPC seeking recall of DW1 as well as to the application
under Order XVIII Rule 17 read with Section 151 CPC for seeking seeking
permission to file the certificate under Section 65 B of the Indian Evidence
Act. The file is not found OCR complied on CIS.
During the submissions on the application of the defendant under
Order XVI Rule 1 & 6 CPC, the matter was passed over as requested by
the Ld. Counsel for defendant to ascertain the details and status of the
articles returned by Vishal Megamart to the defendant.
The Ld. counsel for the defendant apprised the Court that the
representative of the defendant is not taking telephone call. As requested,
put up for appearance of the parties as well as for submissions on the
pending applications on 17.09.2026.
