dated 19.03.2026 passed by Hon’ble Delhi High Court in RFA (COMM)
554/2024 titled as Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company
Ltd. Vs. Raj Kumar Seth & Anr.
In the abovesaid order dated 19.03.2026, it is mentioned
that the appellant has deposited the entire decretal amount alongwith
interest with the registry of Hon’ble Delhi High Court.
Vide order dated 19.03.2026, Hon’ble Delhi High Court has
directed the registry to release the aforesaid amount to the executing
court for disbursal of the same to the respondent (DH), subject to
furnishing security of unencumbered immovable property.
At the request of Ld. counsel for DH, matter is adjourned
for 20.04.2026.
