Notice issued to the Sub Registrar-III, Central Asaf Ali, Asaf
Ali Road, Delhi to verify the title and encumbrance status of sale deed dated
23.12.2025 registered on 24.12.2025 in favour of Ms Sangeeta Seth, w/o
Sh. Rakesh Seth, received back with the report served. However, no
verification report has been filed by the Sub Registrar-III.
Ld. Counsel for the DH submits that the title and encumbrance
status of the above said property may be verified from Sub Registrar-III,
Jhandewalan, Delhi as previous report was filed by one Sh. Kishan Kumar,
Data Entry Operator from the office of Sub-Registrar III, Jhandewalan.
In view of the above, let notice be issued to the Sub Registrar-
III, Plot no. 5, Ashoka Pahadi, Jhandewalan, Delhi-55, with a direction to
verify the sale deed dated 23.12.2025, registered on 24.12.2025 in respect
of property bearing Private No. TF-04, measuring about 150.75 sq. feet on
third floor (without terrace/roof rights), part of property bearing Municipal
No. 2041 to 2046, built on Plot No. 49, in Block ‘G’, situated at Bank
Street, Gurdwara Road, Naiwala, Karol Bagh, Delhi-110005, measuring
267 sq. yards, Khasra No. 475, in the name of Smt. Sangeeta Seth, W/O Sh.
Rakesh Kumar Seth.

Alongwith the notice, the copy of sale deed be also sent to the
Sub Registrar-III, Plot no. 5, Ashoka Pahadi, Jhandewalan, Delhi-55.
Notice be also given dasti, as prayed.
Put up on 12.10.2026 for filing of verification report.
