Matter is listed today for consideration.
On last date of hearing, it was directed that documents/sale
deed of property i.e. built up portion bearing private No. TF-04, measuring
150.75 sq feet, on third floor (without terrace/roof rights) i.e. part of
property bearing municipal No. 2041 to 2046, built up plot no. 49 in Block
G, situated at Bank Street, Gurudwara Road, Naiwala, Karol Bagh, New
Delhi-110005, be verified from Sub Registrar, Asaf Ali Road-III, Delhi,
returnable for 18.05.2026.
Though the notice issued to Sub Registrar, Asaf Ali Road-III,
Delhi received back with the report served, however, no verification report
has been received on behalf of Sub Registrar.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for DH has filed affidavit of Sh. Raj
Kumar Seth, Sh. Rakesh Kumar Seth and Ms. Sangeeta Seth.
In view of above, issue fresh notice to the Sub Registrar, Asaf
Ali Road-III, Delhi with the direction to verify the property i.e. built up
portion bearing private No. TF-04, measuring 150.75 sq feet, on third floor
(without terrace/roof rights) i.e. part of property bearing municipal No.
2041 to 2046, built up plot no. 49 in Block G, situated at Bank Street,

Gurudwara Road, Naiwala, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005, returnable for
02.06.2026.
In the meanwhile, issue fresh notice to the JD through all
modes on filing of PF/RC etc, returnable for next date.
Put up on 02.06.2026 for consideration.

municipal No. 2041 to 2046, built up plot no. 49 in Block G, situated at
Bank Street, Gurudwara Road, Naiwala, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005.
In the verification report, it is mentioned that the sale deed
dated 23.12.2025 is registered in the office of Sub Registrar-III vide

registration no. 2025/24/1/2782 in book No. I, Vol. 23122, page 29 to 56 on
24.12.2025 and true copy of the same also annexed with the report.
In view of the above, notice directed to be issued to the Sub
Registrar-III, Asaf Ali Road, Delhi in the morning is recalled and notice
need not be issued to Sub Registrar-III, Asaf Ali Road, Delhi.
Put up on 02.06.2026, the date already fixed.
