Ld. counsel for DH submits that vide order dated 19.03.2026,
Hon’ble Delhi High Court has directed that the entire decretal amount as
deposited with registry of the High Court be released to the executing court for
disbursal of the same to the DH, subject to furnishing security of
unencumbered immovable property.
On last date of hearing, Ld. counsel for DH has filed the copy of
order dated 19.03.2026 as passed by Hon’ble Delhi High Court in RFA
(COMM) 554/2024 titled as Cholamandalam Investment and Finance
Company Ltd. Vs. Raj Kumar Seth & Anr.
On 05.05.2026 FDR bearing no.15530311824442 dated
19.04.2025 amounting of Rs.12,93,984/- received from the office of the
Registrar General of Hon’ble Delhi High Court, New Delhi vide letter
no.19409 dated 04.05.2026.
At this stage, Ld. counsel for the DH has filed an application to
furnish security of unencumbered immovable property and disbursal of
entire decretal amount alongwith interest in favour of DH, alongwith copy
of the sell deed dated 24.12.2025 in respect of build up portion bearing
Private No. TF-04, measuring 150.75 sq. ft., on the 3rd floor (without

terrace/ roof rights) i.e. part of property bearing Municipal No. 2041 to
2046, built on Plot No.49 in Block-G situated at Bank street, Gurdwara
Road, Naiwala, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005.
Let the documents/sale deed of the above-mentioned property
as filed today be verified from Sub-Registrar, Asaf Ali Road-III, Delhi,
returnable for 18.05.2026.
Put up on 18.05.2026 for consideration.
