After lot of deliberations on the various aspects of
the case including taking up for final arguments, payments, etc.,
it has been agreed upon by the parties that the appellant shall
furnish its offer/proposal with regard to the outstanding amount
within a week and the same shall be considered by the respondent
within two weeks or so thereafter, so as to come to any
conclusion which is acceptable to both the sides, failing which
the matter shall be taken up on 21.10.2024 for arguments.
On the last date of hearing, an amount of
Rs.14,32,000/- has crept in, which pertains to the other connected
matters and not with this matter.
Accordingly, the record is set straight and be read
accordingly.

The case now stands adjourned to 28.09.2024 for
arguments on the application as well as on the appeal with the
condition that atleast 50% of the admitted amount by the
appellant shall be cleared.
