Present : Sh. Alok Aggarwal, Partner of appellant with Sh.
Rohit Sharma, Ld. counsel for appellant.
Sh. Ganesh Kumar Sharma, Ld. counsel for
respondent/LIC.
He submits that he does not want to file reply and he
will file written submissions. He requests that let the record of
Estate Officer be called.
Let record of Estate Officer be called for the NDOH.
As per the last order, its admitted by the appellant
that their outstanding dues are to the tune of Rs. 2 crore. He
submits that before the NDOH he will pay Rs. 7.5 lacs in this
case to the respondent and will give the schedule of payment to
clear the arrears on the NDOH.
Heard both the parties.
As agreed by both the counsels, Sh. Alok Aggarwal,
Partner of Appellant will visit the office of Ms. Anita Batra, AO
on 22.02.2024 at 11:00 am along with the documents/payments
receipts/proof available with him. Ms. Anita Batra, AO and SH.
B.B. Pandey, AAO of the respondent will consider all those
documents and submit the report regarding the dues against the
appellant on the NDOH.
Copy of this order be given dasti.
Put up for further proceedings on 28.03.2024.
