Sh. Ganesh Kumar Sharma, advocate for respondent
with Mr. Biju George (Manager Legal) and Mrs.
Anita Batra (AO) (LIC).
Ld. counsel for respondent has filed Vakalatnama
and seeks time to furnish the account details/adjustment on the
NDOH.
The counsel for appellant is under bereavement as he
lost his grandmother today morning itself. This fact was not
properly conveyed by the proxy counsel who has appeared at the
initial call. In such circumstances, even the counsel for
respondent has no objection in respect of request for
adjournment.
The counsel for appellant has however assured that
the compliance of the earlier orders, subject to which the interim
protection was granted, shall be complied as for that matter,
compliances have already been made. This fact is disputed by the
respondent by asserting that the deadlines for the compliances
were not adhered to. The counsel for appellant assured that some
compliance by direct transfer of the ordered amount shall be
made today itself and henceforth strict compliance would be
made. Subject to the same, the interim order is continued to the
NDOH.
At request, matter stands adjourned for further
proceedings on 09.05.2024.
