Further, defendant no. 1 to 4 are directed to pay the cost
of Rs. 1,000/ each to the plaintiff on the NDOH.
Further, last and final opportunity is given to defendant
no. 5 to file the WS in the present matter positively by the NDOH,
failing which no further opportunity shall be granted to the defendant
no. 5 in this regard.
Now, put up for filing of WS by defendant no. 5/filing of
replication by the plaintiff on the NDOH i.e 22.05.2024.
