Present : Plaintiff in person.
Ld. Counsel for the defendant no. 1 to 4.
Ld. Counsel for defendant no. 5.
In terms of order dated 23.01.2024 total cost of Rs. 4000/- stands paid
by defendant no. 1 to 4 to the plaintiff as directed. Despite directions of the court
plaintiff has not filed replication to the WS filed by defendant no. 1 to 4 in the
present case. Accordingly, one more opportunity is given to the plaintiff to file
replication to the WS filed by defendant no. 1 to 4 on NDOH subject to cost of Rs.
2000/- to be paid by the plaintiff to defendant no. 1 to 4 on NDOH.
Further last and final opportunity is given to defendant no. 5 to file WS /
status report along with affidavit of some responsible officer of DDA by the next date
of hearing failing which no further opportunity shall be granted to defendant no. 5 in
this regard and appropriate order shall be passed accordingly,
Now put up for filing of replication by the plaintiff / WS by defendant no.
5 on 01.08.2024.
