Ld. Counsel for the DDA submits that he has not received
the copy of plaint and annexures. Let the copy of the plaint and
annexures be supplied to D5 within 10 working days by the
plaintiff.
W/S on behalf of the defendants be filed within the period
of limitation with advance copy to opposite party.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the DDA submits that the
property in question was acquired by the LAC in 1975 and the
plaintiff has admittedly come in possession of the property in
question in the year 1991. He submits that as per the record,
the colony is an unauthorized colony and no application for
regularization has been moved by the plaintiff till date.
He submits that the present suit is not maintainable and
seeks some time to move an application under order VII Rule
11 CPC. Application, if any be moved before the NDOH with
advance copy to opposite party.
List of additional documents has been filed on behalf of
the plaintiff. Let the copy be supplied to all the defendants.
Now to come up for completion of pleadings on
11.07.2023.
