Present: Husband of the plaintiff in person.
Sh. Pradeep Kumar Sharma and Sh. Akash Tiwari, Ld. Counsels for the de
fendant no. 1 to 4.
Ld. Counsel for defendant no. 5 through VC.
Despite repeated directions, no status report/WS has been filed by the de-
fendant no. 5/DDA in the present case. This conduct is not acceptable.
At the request of the counsel for the defendant no. 5, last and final opportu-
nity is given to defendant no. 5/DDA to file status report/WS in the present case on the
NDOH subject to cost of Rs.2,000/- to be deposited with DLSA East by the NDOH.
Further, plaintiff is directed to pay the cost of Rs.2,000/- to defendant no. 1
to 4 on the NDOH and take steps for filing replication to the WS of defendant no. 1 to 4
on the NDOH.
Husband of the plaintiff is also directed to remain present along with coun-
sel as well as plaintiff on the NDOH.
Now put up for taking steps by the parties in the present case/ further pro-
ceedings on 17.09.2024.
