On the last date of hearing, it was inter alia observed by the
Court that suit cannot be proceeded further in the absence of documents filed
regarding the loan in question. In such circumstances, main counsel for plaintiff
and manager of the bank was called, however, none has appeared.
A cost of Rs.5,000/- is hereby imposed upon plaintiff to be
deposited in DLSA (Central). Let receipt thereof be filed within two weeks
from today.
AR of the plaintiff bank and the senior manager concerned
shall remain present in person on the next date of hearing failing which
further cost of Rs.5,000/- shall be imposed upon the plaintiff.
