NBWs issued vide previous order received back
unexecuted through SHO concerned with report that the given
address was found locked. On local enquiry, it is stated that accused
has gone to Delhi for some work but the given address found to be
verified by the neighbours of the accused. Taken on record.
Therefore, court is of the opinion that the accused is
well aware about the present proceedings and deliberately
absconding from the clutches of law.
In view of the aforesaid, issue NBWs against the
accused through DCP concerned, returnable on NDOH.
DCP concerned is directed to ensure that the multiple
visits have been made for execution of warrants and statement of
independent witnesses is recorded at the time of execution of
warrants alongwith copy of their ID proof.
Re-list the matter for 11.05.2026.
