These are two connected matters.
NBWs issued vide previous order received back
unexecuted through SHO concerned with report that process server
met with the brother of the accused who stated that accused is not
available right now at the given address and he will duly intimate the
next date of hearing to accused and further, the contact number
mentioned on the warrants pertains to brother of accused. In support,
statement of witness has been annexed. Taken on record.
Therefore, court is of the opinion that the accused is well
aware about the present proceedings and deliberately absconding from
the clutches of law.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, issue NBWs against
the accused at 47, Sector-3, Fatehabad, Haryana, through DCP
concerned, returnable on NDOH.
DCP concerned is directed to ensure that the multiple
visits have been made for execution of warrants and statement of
independent witnesses is recorded at the time of execution of warrants
alongwith copy of their ID proof.
Re-list the matter for 25.02.2026.
