Present : Sh. Rohit Manchanda alongwith Sh. Hunny, Ld. Counsel for the
complainant alongwith complainant.
Summons issued agaisnt the accused not received back.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant has placed on record tracking
records. According to which, at both the addresses summons could not be served.
In these circumstances, I deem it fit to issue fresh summons to the
accused through SHO concerned on already filed PF.
List the matter for report on summons on 14.04.2025.

At this stage, Sh. Sabhay Chaudhary has appeared on behalf of the
accused and placed vakalatnama on record. He submits that the accused will appear
physically on the NDOH. He further submitted that he has not received the copy of
the complaint alongwith documents.
In view of the his appearance, summons issued to the accused earlier
in the day, are hereby recalled.
List for further proceedings on date already fixed i.e. 14.04.2025.
