and pursuant to his failed TIP, he was discharged/released from the
present case vide order of concerned Ld. Magistrate. It is also stated that
the case exhibits have already been sent to FSL.
Ld. Defence Counsel has not appeared to argue the matter
on point of charge, since morning.
One last opportunity is granted for advancing arguments on
point of charge, failing which, matter shall be decided on the basis of
material available on record.
