Accused Avnish @ Manish produced form JC through VC from Jail
No. 11, Mandoli.
Accused Rahul produced from JC.
Mr. Virender Kumar, Counsel for the complainant along with
complainant.
Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that neither the MLC of the
injured has been mentioned in the charge-sheet nor copies have been been
supplied.
Perusal of record shows that MLC has been filed along with
supplementary charge-sheet.
Ld. Counsel for the accused has produced the copy of supplementary
charge-sheet stated to be received by the accused which appears to have a
different set of documents.
Copy of the order be sent to SHO concerned with directions to
supply copy of MLC to both accused through counsel at least a week before the
NDOH.
It is also not known whether FSL results/sanction have been obtained
till date. SHO is directed to report in this regard for the NDOH.
Re-notify for arguments on charge on 10.03.2026.
