At this stage, ASI Sahdev on behalf of IC Lokcup, KKD has
moved an application seeking permission to produce accused Rahul
through VC on the future dates of hearing. It is submitted in the
application that there are inputs that accused Rahul may be attacked by
rival gangs, during transit from jail to Court. Considering the
submissions, accused Rahul is directed to be produced through VC
before this Court on future dates of hearing in the present case, till further
orders.
At this stage, accused Avnish @ Manish submitted that he
has been beaten during transit and requested that he be also allowed to
appear through VC. Accused Avnish @ Manish be also produced through
VC before this Court on future dates of hearing in the present case, till
further orders.

chargesheet (opinion on the MLC of injured) alongwith sets of accused.
