of Ms. Shruti Sharma, Ld. MM (Mahila Court) (Shahdara), Delhi,
where the said respondents are appearing in a D.V. case titled as
Rajni Sharma Vs. Bharat Bhushan and ors, which is now fixed for
15.05.2024.
In view of the above submissions, issue notice afresh
to R2 to R5 and service of the same be effected upon said
respondents in the abovesaid court on 15.05.2024. Notice be given
dasti in addition in the sense that revisionist shall be at liberty to
accompany the process server.

Issue notice of the revision as well as the application
to the respondent no. 2 to 5 on PF/RC returnable on NDOH.
As far as R1 i.e. State is concerned, Ld. Counsel for
revisionist has supplied the complete paper book to R1/State
against proper receipt, therefore, requirement of issuing notice to
the State is dispensed with.
Be put up for appearance of respondent no.2 to 5/FP
on 21.02.2024. TCR be requisitioned for date fixed.
