R4 and R5 in person.
Today, this revision is fixed for further arguments on
behalf of respondents.
However, despite repeated calls, main counsel for R2
to R5 is not available.
Upon enquiry, Ld. Proxy counsel has submitted that
he is busy in recording evidence in some other case in Distt. Court,
Saket.
Ld. Counsel for revisionist has srtrongly objected to
the absence of main counsel for aforesaid respondents by stating
that today’s date was taken by Ld. Counsel for respondentds as per
his convenience. He has further submitted that opportunity on
behalf of respondents for addressing arguments may be closed.
However, in the interest of justice, one more
opportunity is gratned to R2 to R5 to address further/remaining
arguments in the present revision, but subject to cost of Rs.1500/-
to be paid to revisionist on NDOH positively.
