permission to substitute the AR namely Sh. Amit Ranjan in place
of Sh. Udaiveer Gautam. Keeping in view the reasons explained
in the application, copy of power of attorney and Copy of I-card,
application is allowed. Sh. Amit Ranjan is substituted as AR of
plaintiff bank.
Evidence by way of affidavit of PW-1 Sh. Amit
Ranjan is filed.
PW-1 Sh. Amit Ranjan is examined and discharged.
