In view of the statements recorded on behalf of the
parties today, the Court is satisfied that the matter has been
settled between the parties in terms of the mediation settlement.
Hence, compromise decree, in view of the mediation settlement
which is Ex. PW1/1 is hereby passed.
Compromise decree sheet be prepared accordingly.
The counsel for the defendant has prayed for the
refund of the court fee deposited in the counter-claim. Since, the
counter-claim is not registered, the said relief sought by the
defendant regarding the counter-claim is declined.
Let Court fee be refunded to the plaintiff.
Ahlmad is directed to prepare the refund voucher.
File be consigned to the record room for necessary
information and compliance.
