1 (through video conferencing).
Request is made by the Ld. Counsel for the plaintiffs
to refer the matter to the mediation today itself. The terms and
conditions is already settled between the parties and as the
defendant has come from Gwalior, MP. So, there is an urgency to
get it referred to the mediation today itself, so that the plaintiff
can withdraw the suit if the statement recorded today itself. Let
the matter be referred to the mediation Patiala House Courts New
Delhi today 16.02.2026 at 12:30 PM and before this Court in the
post lunch session.
Counsel for the plaintiff has further submitted that
he did not wish to proceed the matter against the defendant No. 2
and wants to make a separate statement for withdrawn of the suit
against the defendant No. 2. Let a separate statement be recorded.
Separate mediation referral form is also been filed in
by the parties.
In view of the above, in order to explore the possibility
of the settlement between the parties the matter is referred to
mediation center. Parties to appear between the in-charge mediation
center, Patiala House Court, New Delhi on 16.02.2026 and report

back the matter before this Court on 16.02.2026 at 2:00 PM.
