Unfortunately, none has appeared on behalf of the applicant.
Perusal of the record reveals that vide order dated 18.07.2022 during the
course of arguments, it was intimated to the court by counsel for the
defendant that impugned Lease Deed was procured by fraud and the matter
was referred to CBI.
Accordingly, let notice be issued to the respondent to assist the
court about the particulars, if any, with respect to the CBI case.
