Sh. Praduman Kumar Aggarwal, Ld. Counsel for
Respondent.
Ld. Counsel for respondent submits that this is an
old matter and the matter was referred to the Vigilance Branch
and response of the Vigilance Branch is still awaited. He further
prays that one more opportunity be given to DDA before
releasing the Lease Deed as the Lease Deed was procured by
fraudulent means and apparently subject matter of a CBI case.
He submits that report from the Vigilance Department is still
awaited.
In these circumstances, last and final opportunity is
given to the respondent. The Director, Vigilance is directed to
file a report by way of an affidavit, clearly depicting the fate of
CBI matter and reservations, if any, of the Department in release
of the impugned Lease Deed to the applicant.
List the matter for report of Director, Vigilance in
the matter on 13.02.2026. Sh. P.K. Aggarwal, Ld. Counsel for
respondent undertakes to communicate the instant order to the
Director,Vigilance.
Copy of this order be given dasti to both the parties.
