attesting witness to the said Will.
It is submitted that both these witnesses are more
than 80 years old and suffering from old age ailments and
medical issues. Hence, they are unable to appear in person before
the court for the purpose of evidence.
Heard. Perused.
In view of the overall facts and circumstances of this
case and keeping in view of age of the both the above said
witnesses, the application is allowed.
