It is stated by respondent no. 2 and 3 as well as SPA
Holder of respndent nos.3 & 4 that respondent nos.2 to 4 have
no-objection, if the letter of administration is granted in respect
of the following assets of Lt. Sheel Chandra in favour of
petitioner:-
(i) Bank deposits lying the State Bank of India,
Branch 041, Sansad Marg, New Delhi, vide saving
bank account no. 10818782337,
(ii) Articles etc. lying in the Locker in Nainital Bank
Ltd., I.P. Extension, Patparganj, Delhi, saving bank

account no.05320000009670 (joint account in the
name of deceased Sheel Chandra and Ashok
Chandra), vide key no. 37,
(iii) Term Deposits lying in Nainital Bank Ltd., I.P.
Extension, Patparganj, Delhi vide No. 35021100,
3502101, 3502102, 3508617, 35015334,
(iv) Amount with regard to NSS A/c no. 23132, Post
Office, Sarojini Nagar, Delhi-110023.
The separate statements of SPA Holder of
respondent nos.3 and 4 as well as Ld. counsel for respondent
no.2 are recorded to this effect.
