Hon’ble Delhi High Court had directed BSES to provide the
connection in accordance with law when the DH applies for
electricity connection.
Ld. Counsel for BSES submits that the DH has applied for
the connection on 13.02.2026.
It is essential that the concerned official of BSES shall
appear in person on the NDOH and sincere efforts shall be made
by BSES to ensure the compliance of order dated 29.04.2024 of
Hon’ble Delhi High Court expeditiously.
Copy of this order along with the order of Hon’ble Delhi
High Court, dated 29.04.2024, be sent to BSES.
Compliance report be filed by BSES on or before NDOH.
